Vita Bistro Italiano

Vita Bistro Italiano offers more than a meal—it's a journey to the heart of Italy, nestled in Coral Gables. Our uniqueness stems from:

Authenticity and Tradition: Each dish celebrates traditional Italian recipes, from our signature Vita Salad to the exquisite Focaccia Michelangelo, prepared with time-honored methods and passion. Local and Imported Ingredients: We embrace a philosophy that combines locally sourced ingredients with select imports from Italy. This blend ensures the authenticity of our cuisine and supports the local community, offering a taste of Italy while showcasing the best our region has to offer. A Cozy Italian Experience: Our ambiance transports you to Italy with a warm, inviting atmosphere and attentive service, making every visit feel like a family gathering. Located in Coral Gables, we pride ourselves on creating a sanctuary for those seeking the essence of Italian dining. A Culinary Legacy: Our journey began with Cara Mia Trattoria on Miami Beach and expanded with Vita Osteria Italiana in South Beach. Vita Bistro Italiano, our latest venture, is a testament to our love for Italian cuisine and dedication to spreading this passion. Vita Bistro Italiano is not just a restaurant; it's a destination where every meal is an adventure, blending the inviting warmth of Italy with the charm of Coral Gables. Join us for an authentic Italian experience that celebrates "la dolce vita."
