INDUSTRY TUESDAYS 🥷 🧑‍🍳

Here at Zitz Sum were big big fans when our hospitality peers come to visit us. For the months of June through August we’re offering our Tasting Menu for restaurant workers and hospitality ninjas for 60 cañas. Come through and eat, and in true Zitz Sum fashion we’ll assault the table with food!

Scallops marinated in yuzu kosho & garlic paste, grilled over binchotan, sliced and placed on top of ‘Nduja jam, covered with potato & parm foamy thing, garnished with garlic chips, parm crisp and very delicate flowers.
