Hey Dalmatian Nation!

Steve has been doing very well in his recovery so we were able to get out and visit a couple of places. While he is still healing, we want to share some of the local places we visit in case you haven’t been there yet!

Most notably, we stopped by to see Nick at the Phantom Warrior Brewing Company in Killeen.
We love what they are doing with the place! They have a lot of up and coming events and musical guests so please check them out and we promise the beer and atmosphere is great!

A happy update today:
Steve is back home and doing surprisingly well!
There is still a lot of healing that needs to be done but he is determined and anxious to get back on the grill.

Thank you for all of the prayers and support while we meet this challenge head on. We’ll be back before you know it!

Good morning!

Just a quick update: The operation was a success and Steve should be moving out of the ICU today. No word yet about being released so the healing is just beginning. He is in good spirits and ready to get this behind him.

Dalmatian Nation,

Due to an unexpected medical situation with one of our owners, we will need to close for a little while so our team can focus on taking care of our own. You're the backbone to our business, so it's important to us that we are always transparent with you.

The good news is they’re getting the care they need.
The bad news is the grills will be quiet for about a month or two.
We promise this isn’t goodbye. It's just a short intermission. Thank you for always supporting us and for being the best Dalmatian Nation around.

We'll be posting updates a couple times a week, but until we're able to start serving you some delicious burgers with a side of sarcastic charm, take care of yourselves and eat a good burger somewhere in our honor.
