How about whip cream ? Less than 4 ingredients?
Hand cut fruit ? No syrup ? How about real pancakes made from scratch no mixes or powders ? Hollindaise made from 3 ingredients? Yes we have that too ! We pride ourselves in making 97 percent of our food in house every single day. Come taste the difference at our brunches.

We're always striving for improvement and creativity, and we truly believe we've struck gold with the best pancakes we've ever had! 🥞 These petite treats are bursting with flavor and come with an army of sauces and toppings. We've also added some favorites to the brunch menu in a super awesome mash-up, including a mimosa flight! 🥂

It is always a pleasure to prepare some beloved recipes inherited from the previous owner's wife. One of my favorite desserts from childhood, I would often try to get a piece whenever I could. The dessert she prepared was the chocolate walnut torte. We have continued this tradition, and I have been making her wonderful recipe for the past 11 years that we have owned the Blue Heron Bistro. Our customers have also come to adore it. Therefore, when they place an order for this specialty, which takes two days to create, we often prepare one for ourselves. Tonight's dessert menu proudly features this very item.

We use fresh berries, bake our own biscuits, and whip up cream with organic heavy cream. We even make our own bread for our french toast . No body else does this in town .Plus, we smoke all our meats in-house for our Benedicts, including burnt ends, brisket, and ham. And don't forget our homemade desserts! 🥞🥓🍓 ...
