Thinking of my Homie Briscoe today!
Did this one for him the Crayfish puppy pie! Had everything from New Orleans the crawfish tales the boudin theCajun grain mustard crème fraîche hush puppies had a jambalaya sauce down on the dough. This thing was how to control also had a little andouille. It was killer texture dream anyways don’t be afraid to put some crawdads on a pizza or some shrimp there’s a wayyou don’t have to put very much cheese. Use other things like pesto or a white wine cream sauce.
