🏡 Did you know that at Coal Bank Village, we're providing supportive housing for up to 30 individuals through 24 Pallet units? But that's not all! The Devereux Center is on a mission to make a difference, and we operate five additional housing units:
✨ Peoples Place houses 11 residents.
🏠 Juniper House is home to 5 residents.
👨👩👧 Willow House offers shelter to 3 families.
🌼 Azalea House is set to provide Adult Foster Care for 5 individuals with mental health needs.
🏡 Aspen, Birch, Cedar Property is undergoing renovation and will soon accommodate 3 families.
That's 65+ individuals that would otherwise be on the streets!
🤝 Supportive housing means more than just shelter. Each resident has a dedicated case manager, and together they work towards independence. Goals are set, progress is tracked, and we're there every step of the way. From doctor's appointments to budgeting, employment assistance, and navigation through the myriad of services available through the state – we're here to lend a hand up!
