🚨 MAYDAY! MAYDAY! YODA’S HUT NEEDS A TRUCK! 🚨
Because apparently our last event of the season needed one final plot twist. 😂
Ron’s truck is still in the repair shop. We had a backup truck lined up… and it got rear-ended this morning. Everyone is okay — the hitch, however, has left this world. 🤦‍♀️
So… we need a truck capable of towing our trailer from Lakeside to Coos Bay today, and back on Sunday.
Have a truck and willing to save the day? We’ll happily pay in Yoda’s Hut credit + a delivery fee if needed.
We are ONE EVENT away from surviving this season. 😂 Help us get to Fun Days!
May the Force (and a ¾-ton pickup) be with us. 🤞

🍒 We just weren’t ready to say goodbye to Cranberry Festival yet! 🍒

We love Cranberry Festival, and we loved these specials way too much to let them disappear when the festival ended. So we’re keeping them around a little longer at Yoda’s Hut Lakeside!

🍒 The Cranikan – $16
Smoked turkey, provolone, cranberry aioli & our signature slaw on grilled focaccia.

🍒 Cranberry Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap – $15
Smoked chicken, crispy bacon, white cheddar, fresh greens & cranberry ranch in a chipotle chili tortilla.

🍒 Cranberry Bog Nachos – $16
Pulled pork, white cheddar beer cheese, cranberry chipotle BBQ sauce, jalapeños & green onions over fresh-fried tortilla chips.

Available at Lakeside only! Cranberry Festival may be over, but we’re hanging onto the cranberry goodness a little longer. ❤️🍒

Well… this was a pretty cool surprise to get in the mail.

Yoda’s Hut was ranked the #1 Sandwich Shop in our market for 2026 by BusinessRate, based on Google customer-review performance.

And the numbers behind it are what really got me:

4.9-star average
280 out of 300 Benchmark Score
#1 market ranking

We even finished ahead of businesses with more total reviews, which tells me this wasn’t about volume. It was about consistency, quality, and the experiences our customers have had with us over the years.

That part means a lot.

We started this thing with a food truck, a lot of long days, a lot of mistakes, a lot of learning, and a crew that keeps grinding right along with us. None of this happens without our customers taking the time to leave reviews, tell their friends, come back again, and keep supporting Yoda’s Hut.

So thank you.

To our crew, be proud of this one. You earned it every time you sent out a great plate, fixed a mistake, took care of a customer, cleaned when nobody was watching, and kept pushing when we were slammed.

We’re definitely not perfect, and we’re never going to pretend we are. We’re just going to keep working our asses off to get better.

Apparently the sandwiches aren’t too bad either. 😂

Alright Bandon… LAST CALL 😂

We’re at the Cranberry Festival in Old Town until 4 PM today, and this is your LAST chance to grab our festival-only specials:

BANDON… WE BROUGHT THE CRANBERRY CHAOS. 😂

Yoda’s Hut is at the Cranberry Festival this weekend, and if you’re looking to try something a little different, we made a few specials just for the occasion.

And here’s the important part:

These are ONLY available at our Cranberry Festival setup in Bandon.

🔥 THE CRANIKAN $16
Smoked turkey on grilled focaccia with melted provolone, cranberry aioli, and our signature slaw.

🔥 CRANBERRY CHICKEN BACON RANCH WRAP $15
Smoked chicken, crispy bacon, white cheddar, fresh greens, and sweet-tangy cranberry ranch wrapped in a chipotle chili tortilla.

🔥 CRANBERRY BOG NACHOS $16
Fresh-fried tortilla chips loaded with slow-smoked pulled pork, white cheddar beer cheese, cranberry chipotle BBQ sauce, jalapeños, and green onions.

Basically, we looked at cranberries and said, “How far can we take this before somebody stops us?” 😂

Quick heads-up. Our Coos Bay truck is CLOSED today, but Lakeside is OPEN and ready to feed you!

We’re also getting ready for the Cranberry Festival this weekend, September 12 and 13. We’ll have The Cranikan, Cranberry Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap, and Cranberry Bog Nachos.

Toast of the South Coast voting is still going too. You can vote every day while voting is open.

We’ve brought home some hardware before and would love to do it again, but we want to earn it. We’re not paying for ads or category quick links. We don’t believe in buying votes. If we win, we want it to be because you guys voted for us because you think we deserve it.

Toast of the South Coast voting is OPEN, and somehow we got nominated in FOURTEEN categories.

At this point I’m not sure if we’re running a restaurant or trying to collect the whole damn set. 😂
