Kyle’s Smoked Wings- These delicious moist wings are dry rubbed with spices and smoked for hours over a charcoal fire with wood chips. They are finished on the grill and served tossed in a zesty white Alabama Sauce.

Council Rock Brewery’s Signature Bratwurst- We make these ourselves using an authentic recipe from the Franconia region of Southern Germany. Served on a brioche sub roll. Comes with its own special kraut.

Smoked Gouda Burger- Our 8 oz CAB graded Choice/Prime steak burger topped with smoked gouda, fried red onions, Applewood smoked bacon, house made horseradish aioli, with greens ona pretzel bun.

Haddock Patty- Haddock, grated carrots, onions, and scallions. Topped with our Louisiana style Remoulade and served on a brioche bun.

Roasted Beet Salad- Crispy Romaine with sliced beets, topped with toasted almonds and feta cheese crumbles. Comes with Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing.

Creamy Seafood Chowder- Made with haddock, shrimp, cream, and white wine.

Grilled Veggie Burger- A patty loaded with veggies including carrots and corn. Grilled and topped with caramelized onions, crisp Romaine and tomato. Served on a pretzel bun.

Cod Filet- Fried Cod with crisp Romaine, served with tartar sauce on a brioche roll.

Sonora Chicken Salad- Tunisian marinated chicken, black bean and corn salsa, roasted red pepper sauteed and served on a bed of crisp Romaine and dressed with house-made Harissa dressing. Garnished with scallions, Cotija cheese, Peppadew peppers and tomatoes.

Sonora Chicken Tacos-Three flour tortillas, Tunisian marinated chicken, zesty roasted corn with roasted red pepper, scallions, black beans, Romaine and topped with chipotle aioli, Cotija cheese and peppadew peppers.

New York Pastrami- Local Black Angus deli pastrami baked with beer, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese, served on rye bread with greens, tomato, and Russian dressing.

BBQ Pulled Pork- Pork butts dry rubbed and slow roasted in house, then simmered in ale and our slightly sweet and spicy barbeque sauce. Served on a brioche bun.
