Desk Clerks with the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department are the friendly, front‑line team members who help guests with reservations, check‑ins, information, payments, and day‑to‑day support in our park offices, lodges, and resorts. They answer phones, assist walk‑ins, handle guest accounts, manage equipment checkouts, support the gift shop, prepare basic reports, and help keep public areas welcoming. It’s a customer‑focused role for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping people, and can work a flexible schedule.
