Behind every catering event, every pop-up, and every late night in the kitchen is a dream that I've been holding onto for years.
Many people only see the food, the photos, and the finished events. What they don't always see are the sacrifices, the exhaustion, the doubts, and the prayers behind every single order.
The truth is, I'm doing all of this because I have a dream—to own a food truck that my family and I can proudly call ours.
I'm not backed by a big investor. I don't have unlimited resources. Every dollar I earn through Chef Angel's Kitchen goes toward paying bills, supporting my family, and slowly saving for that dream. Some days are discouraging, and there are moments when I wonder how long it will take. But I remind myself that every customer, every catering booking, every pop-up, and every person who believes in me brings me one step closer.
There are days when I'm physically tired and mentally exhausted, but I refuse to give up because I know that dreams don't work unless we do.
To everyone who continues to support Chef Angel's Kitchen—whether you've ordered once, booked us for your special events, shared my posts, or simply cheered me on—thank you from the bottom of my heart. You may think you're just buying a meal, but you're actually helping build a dream.
I believe that one day, I'll be serving you from my very own food truck. And when that day comes, I'll never forget the people who believed in me before the dream became reality.
This is more than food. This is faith, perseverance, and a dream worth fighting for.
