Last but definitely not least… my favorite project of the week! 💪❤️
I had the opportunity to help a client by preparing every meal they’ll eat for the next week .
They sent me the meal plan their personal trainer created specifically for their goals, and I was able to take care of the rest—carefully weighing, portioning, and packaging every meal for the entire week.
This is one of the things I love most about what I do. Helping clients stay on track, remove the stress of meal prep, and have confidence that their nutrition is ready to go each day.
