Sometimes, you just have to work with what you’ve got.

Our Conway kitchen is currently torn up as we work through some plumbing repairs. What started as a repair turned into a much bigger project, but we’re doing what we need to do to get it fixed right.

In the meantime, we’re back where we started - serving you from a food truck. Eat My Catfish started with a food truck in 2008, so we know a thing or two about cooking outside.

Conway, we're still cookin' - just outside!

Our Conway dining room is temporarily closed while we tackle some kitchen plumbing repairs. But we couldn't leave y'all hanging, so are going back to our roots like we did in 2008. We fired up the OG Eat My Catfish food truck and parked it right out front!

Same crispy catfish. Same seasoned shrimp. Limited menu, full flavor.

Here's the real reason to swing by, every plate you order keeps our Conway crew working while we get the kitchen back in shape. They've fed you for years, and this is your chance to feed them right back.

Repairs will take a few weeks. We'll keep you posted, and we'll see you at the truck.
