Well it’s the last Sunday in our house, so a special breakfast was required. Many local businesses were involved in this one. Let’s get to it…..

The wife loves her breakfast sandos. She’s spoiled and this one was a doozy. Everything listed below was purchased at Jackson's Meat Market. We really do love our peeps at Jackson’s….

Included on this thicc boi….Jackson’s very own bacon, Rabbit Ridge Farms breakfast sausage, smoked cheddar, all sammiched betwixed Natural State Sourdough Co.’s “Cowboy Butter” Sourdough bread. Of course, eggs and other items were involved. Those things purchased elsewhere.

Dudes and dudettes, this beast was one of the best brekkie sandos we’ve put together🫣. Slap ya grammy and pops good. But don’t. That’s extremely inconsiderate.

Oh and don’t mind the box of cookie treats from the good folks at HB Sweet Treats LLC. Not sure how that got there…😏

Also ignore the beautiful dinnerware. Fine china has already been moved to our new spot. Paper plates for the rest of the week😂.

First, Happy 4th friends! Stay safe and BACK UP TERRY!🎆

4th day of July funsies? You know it….

We had yet to try Big Bad Breakfast, so today was the day. We wanted to start off the day with a bang(pun fully intended), so a couple of refreshing beverages were desired. These definitely hit the mark. Do I remember the names of these drinks? Absolutely not. I’m getting old and remembering is getting more harder. The BLT Omelet and the Mother of All Biscuits were great! Zero complaints on the food, drinks and service! Definitely worth at least one visit if ya haven’t! Fair warning, it is a bit on the pricey side when it comes to breakfast, so we suggest keeping that in mind before going. Not a complaint, just an observation to share.

Father’s Day weekend frolicsomeness? You know it….

Gotta have treats. Lexx Eats&Treatz got the nod this time ‘round. You want some of the best nanner puddin’ you’ve ever placed upon your mouth tasters👀? Look no further. It’s here. The flavor, the texture, it’s pretty much perfect! And those strawberry cheesecake cookies are darn tasty too!

And it’s a Father’s Day tradition here. Breakfast at Bucket List Cafe. We absolutely love this place. Great food. Great people. Middle of nowhere. The best.

More weekend shenanigans? Yes indeed….

Made a quick trip to the Rock over the weekend for a few stuff and things. Mostly for Trader Joe’s cuz we’re trollops for that place, but that’s not what we’re here for. What YOU need to know is that 317 Coffee & Cafe has one of THE BEST Beez & Geez we’ve paid monies for👀! There’s something about that hint of Rosemary they add in that is just🤌🏼! I may or may not steal that idea to try at home. Oh and that Sweet Potato Biscuit was scrumptous too! Throw in an iced Cinnamon Joe and it’ll be your own fault if you don’t have a great day after.

Go do the thing where you support this great spot when you get a chance!

More weekend escapades incoming….

If you’re sick of us bragging about HB Sweet Treats LLC up in here….too bad. It’s gonna keep happening. Because these treats are more than worth the brag! All I did was mention that I’m a sucker for a good Snickerdoodle. And she went out of her way to snicker that doodle. I gotta say, it might be one of the best Snickerdoods that’s ever been doodled👀! Do yourself a favor and find these treats STAT!!

Now, how about a dadgum good burger? That you can find down the road a little ways at Jesse's Grill . HIGHLY recommend you go get yourself a Jalapeño Popper Burger with a side of fries and have yourself a burg & fry euphoric experience🤤! Pro tip: snag a side of their signature smash sauce to dip them fried taters in. And the customer service is absolutely top-notch⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Cannot wait to get back and try every meat patty combo betwixt those boopable buns they have to offer!

Gorsh, I’m big late doing this. Life be lifin’ and I did a forget. But here’s some more tomfoolery we’ve gotten ourselves into recently….

We may or may not be fond of O'Malley's Irish Grill and their real good food and stuff. That Reuben sando is as delicious as you can find ‘round these parts, I tell you hhwat!

Crashed the Demure Market Party for some more treats since we want the beetus, apparently. HB Sweet Treats LLC was an obvious choice, but we also snagged some goodies from Butler’s Goodies, Laney Bakes and G-Daddy Bakes(sorry, not sure if they have pages to tag)! All were top-notch snacks n’ such!

Pay no attention to that last photo. It’s just there to hang out and let you know that we’re making our first HUGE step towards getting back to what we really wanna do! Still a long way to go, but we’re heading in the right direction🤞🏼!

Made it out for some date night shenanigans with a real hottie. Here’s where the shenans were iganned….

A much smarter and more handsomer food blogger recently mentioned something about Brood & Barley having a great Old Fashioned. He was not wrong. What he didn’t mention was the life-altering meatloaf they have the audacity to serve. We’re gonna have not-so-dry dreams about that glorious plate of loaf of meat and its accompaniments. Absolute perfection🤌🏼. Oh and those Shush Fries are no slouch, either.

After coming back from Delishyland, we made the real short walk back to where it all began. The place we first met, Birdie's Cabaret Theater & Lounge, to see some old friends for a hilarious night of improv. New name, same place, great drinks and vibes. Highly recommend supporting some wonderful local talent if that’s your kinda thing. You know what to do, follow page, check out their events, go see some awesome folks!

Twas a good morning to have a proper fookabout, away we fooked….

Stops at both Downtown Conway Farmers' and Crafts Market and Conway, Arkansas Farmer's Market were had. We love all vendors, but we honestly go for snacks for big flappy mouths🫣. This haul included a tasty cinnamon roll flight from Natural State Sourdough Co., smacklackin’ tamales from Rubis Mexican Food, and YOU KNOWWWW we got them giganamous cookies from our new friend at HB Sweet Treats LLC🤤!

After a few more stops for personal malarkey, we seent Big Kev’s BBQ posted up at the Skyline Walmarts. We’d bought the treats above but had yet to put any in our faceholes, so a shnack was needed. Snagged a Brisket Mac N’ Cheese to share. Should NOT have gotten Brisket Mac N’ Cheese to share. SHOULD have buyed all the Brisket Mac N’ Cheese available and kept it to ourselves because it’s pretty much one of the best mac n chee dished we’ve ever placed upon our tongue tasters👀! Dishes like this are a reminder that there’s still a few reasons to keep getting out of bed every time this space rock does a twirly twirl. Cannot wait to try more of what this BBQ truck has to offer!

Don’t worry. We do soooo much cardio.

Also, got a hot date tonight. May just be another spot or 2 highlighted tomorrow. Depending on how many Old Fashioned beverages are consumed. Old Fashioneds? Old Fashionedses? What the hell is plural for Old Fashioned? Google probably has the answer, but the wonder of not knowing is better.

We did more food eats. Chick&Bunz and Las Delicias-Conway is where food eats occurred.

We’re so happy for Jeremy and his crew in Morrilton! Glad to have you back, friend! Those Fusion Fries and Burgers were fantastic as always! We hope Motown and the surrounding areas keep you crushing it💪🏼!

Ice cream is good, too. And Las Delicias has some of the best around. AND they’re moving to a new location soon! Excited to see the new spot in the near future! Peep that page for their updates👀!
