They don’t wear capes, but potatoes are one of the humble heroes of our kitchen, and we have plenty to go ‘round: hash browns, home fries, chips, french fries, waffle fries, tater tots, mashed potatoes, and sometimes on the buffet, even potato salad or baked potatoes. 🥔
