Sharp knives, hot flames, pressure they’re all real.
But rushing never makes a dish better.

Behind this kitchen door
there is heat, stress, long hours…
Some days we don’t even get to eat. We’re just ordinary people
trying our very best with every plate we serve.

So if one day the restaurant is busy, if your food takes a little longer than usual,
or if something isn’t perfectly flawless

Please take a deep breath,
stay kind,
and respect the people in the kitchen.

And if things ever get really busy…
