Mak’s Lemon is excited to kick off our first event of the season at the Marion Fourth of July Celebration at Matter Park on July 3rd!

Come cool off with a fresh lemonade while enjoying a full day of fun:

🚗 Car Show: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🎆 Fireworks & Festivities: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

We’ll be serving up all your favorite lemonade flavors and specialty drinks all day long!

Bring your family, bring your friends, and stop by to say hello. We can’t wait to see everyone and start another great summer season with you!

Hey lemonade lovers, Jessica here! We are so excited that vendor season has officially opened!

As many of you know, we’ve taken a few steps back this year, and we’re sad that we won’t be out and about as much as usual. But don’t worry — when we make our first appearance on July 3rd in Marion for their 4th of July celebration and fireworks, we’ll be more than ready to shake up all your favorite lemonades! 🍋✨

We can’t wait to see everyone, catch up, and serve you some delicious drinks again. Thank you all for the continued love and support of Mak’s Lemon! 💛

Lemonade season is right around the corner 🍋☀️

Yes, we’ve stepped back just a little bit — life, growth, and big goals will do that. But let me be clear… we are NOT going anywhere.

You might see us out a little less this year, but that just means when you do see us, it’ll be that much sweeter. 💛

Mak’s Lemon 2026 season is loading… and we’re so thankful for every single person who has supported us, shared a post, stopped by the stand, booked us for an event, or simply cheered us on.

Your love and support means more than you know. Here’s to sunshine, fresh squeezed lemons, and another season of making memories. 🍋✨

Mak’s Lemon Update 🍋💛

This year, Mak’s Lemon will be hopefully popping up at three fun events:
🎆 Marion Fireworks
🎆 Peru Fireworks
🎪 Peru City Circus Festival

With Zac graduating (so exciting!), we’re down one helper, and Tommy and I are both working full-time, which can be exhausting. We’re choosing to slow down a bit this year and spend more time living and enjoying life, while still showing up when we can.

Thank you all for the incredible support, love, and encouragement—we truly feel it and appreciate it more than you know. We can’t wait to see you at these events and share some lemonade with you! 🍋💛

There’s a local rescue just outside of Converse that’s working hard to keep their puppies warm and safe this winter while they wait for their forever homes. 🐾❄️

Hey friends! 💛

We just want to take a minute to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us and our little stand over the years. As some of you know, our kiddo is graduating 🎓 (how did that happen so fast?!) and because of that, the stand is officially up for sale.

If someone decides to take it over, that’s wonderful — but if not, don’t worry, we do plan to come back next year. We’ll just be cutting back on how many events we do. It’s time to slow down a bit, relax, and soak up life instead of working it all away.

We appreciate each and every one of you more than words can say. Thank you for being part of this journey with us. 🥰

Makaila's remarkable journey began when she was born at 26 weeks, a testament to her strength and resilience from the very start.

September is NICU Awareness Month.
Every year, nearly 1 in 10 babies is born prematurely or with critical health challenges that require specialized neonatal intensive care. Behind each of these tiny fighters is a family navigating uncertainty, hope, and resilience — supported by dedicated NICU teams who provide expert care and compassion.

This month, we honor the babies who have spent time in the NICU, celebrate the families who love them, and recognize the healthcare professionals who stand beside them every step of the way.

Whether you’re a NICU graduate, a family member, a healthcare provider, or a supporter, your story and voice matter. Together, we can raise awareness, build community, and shine a light on the journey of NICU families everywhere.

Join us all month long as we share stories, resources, and ways you can support NICU families.
