I got to experiment over the weekend and make 5 different gluten-free cookies for a surprise birthday party. They were a big hit, and I had so much fun making something new. We had Oatmeal Raisins, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Lemon Crinkle, Fudgy Brownie, and Chocolate Chip.
