As we close the doors on Blackfish, we do so with full hearts and deep gratitude. What began as a restaurant became a community — shaped by incredible people, unforgettable meals, and years of shared stories.

Before we say goodbye, we want to pause and say thank you.

To the chefs, servers, dishwashers, managers, hosts, and every team member — past and present — who helped bring Blackfish to life. To the farmers, fishermen, and purveyors who supplied our tables. And to the guests who trusted us with your celebrations, your Tuesdays, your anniversaries, and your quiet nights out.

These walls hold countless memories. These tables saw laughter, love, milestones, and moments that mattered.

For nearly 20 years, Blackfish has been defined by more than its food — it’s been defined by the people who showed up every day with heart, talent, and pride.

Today, we want to honor everyone who has been part of this journey — from our current team to the incredible individuals who came before.From the kitchen to the dining room, every service, every plate, and every guest experience has been shaped by their dedication.
