🐾 Our logo tells a story.
A coyote with a paliacate (a traditional Mexican bandana) around his neck. In ancient Mexican folklore, the coyote was a spiritual guide, wise and clever, always knowing the way. The paliacate carries its own legacy: woven by hand, worn for work, for dance, for celebration. Passed down like family.
Together, they're the heart of Coyote Crossing.
Right now, we're taking a little pause, not to disappear, but to come back better. A refreshed space, new dishes, the same love in every plate. Any good guide knows when it's time to prepare before hitting the road again.
