CHEF / KITCHEN JOINT VENTURE OPPORTUNITY โ CONROE, TX
This is NOT an hourly cook position.
Angelโs Neighborhood Kitchen is looking for an experienced, motivated Chef / Kitchen Operator who wants the opportunity to run a food operation without the expense of opening their own restaurant.
We already have the location, kitchen, equipment, customers, and infrastructure. Weโre looking for the right person to take ownership of the hot-food operation and earn a percentage of the food revenue.

- Dining and takeout operation
- Existing menu and restaurant infrastructure
YOU PROVIDE:
- Your cooking and kitchen-management skills
- Reliable daily operation of the kitchen
- Food preparation and ex*****on
- Consistent food quality and presentation
- Inventory and waste control
- Cleanliness and food-safety compliance
- Leadership and responsibility for the hot-food operation
- A strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset
COMPENSATION:
This is a revenue-sharing / joint-venture opportunity, not a traditional hourly position.
The selected chef/operator will receive an agreed percentage of qualifying food revenue after food costs and agreed operating expenses are deducted.
The better the food operation performs, the more you earn.
We are looking for someone who wants more than another hourly cooking job. This opportunity is for someone who wants to take ownership of a kitchen operation, build sales, develop a loyal customer base, and participate financially in what they help build.
Experience as a chef, kitchen manager, restaurant operator, caterer, food-truck operator, or independent food entrepreneur is strongly preferred.
