From a VISION to REALITY! 🤩🤙💚

The first photo was our vision…and the second is seeing it all come to life!

We couldn’t be happier with how our new window designs turned out! A HUGE thank you to TFD for taking our vision and making it all come together so beautifully!

As we get closer to celebrating FIVE YEARS of Hangloose Nutrition, it’s little things like this that remind us just how far we’ve come.

Five years of growth, friendships, community, and SO many memories…and we’re not done yet! 💚

A little heads-up for next week! 🤙

We appreciate you all SO much for being flexible and understanding as our schedule looks a little different! A few of us will be heading to Nashville, Tennessee for training later in the week, and we’re excited to bring back some fresh energy, ideas & inspiration to Hangloose! ✈️🤎

✨ Monday + Tuesday: 7AM–2PM
✨ Wednesday: 7AM–12PM — closing early for deliveries
✨ Thursday + Friday: CLOSED
✨ Saturday: 9AM–12PM — ROB IS BACK BEHIND THE BAR! 🙌😂
✨ Sunday: CLOSED
✨ Monday 10/19: CLOSED while we travel home

And YES… Rob will be holding down the fort Saturday and serving up all your healthy goods! 🥤🤙 It’s been a little while since he’s been behind the bar, so show him some love (and maybe a little patience 😉) while he gets back into his groove!

Seriously, THANK YOU for supporting our little business and allowing us the opportunity to step away, learn, grow, and come back better for YOU. We couldn’t do what we do without this amazing community. 🤎

Save these hours & come see Rob Saturday! 😜

Sunday. 🤍 A day to exhale.

To slow down.
To count the blessings—big and small.
To be grateful for the week behind us and hopeful for the one ahead. 🌻

Whatever this past week looked like, today is a beautiful reminder that tomorrow is a fresh start.

Rest. Recharge. Reset. We’ll be ready to see you Monday! 🤙🥤
