All FunkHeizer’s restaurants have transitioned, and we are officially out of the Fresh Chef business!
I am very proud of the work we did and the legacy we built with Fresh Chef over the past 12 years. I wish Brad and Pat nothing but the best in all their future endeavors!
Back in March of this year, Brad and I reached a point where our visions were no longer compatible. I wanted growth and development, while he wanted to remain in a place of stability. With that being said, Kelly Heizer and I have been working very hard to build a group of restaurants where we pride ourselves on developing our staff, serving high-quality food, and providing catering at the highest level.
We are incredibly excited to roll out our new dinner menu this Monday at all six locations! We will continue serving breakfast and lunch daily from open to 4 p.m., followed by dinner featuring fresh fish, hand-cut steaks, pasta dishes, crab legs, Maryland-style crab cakes, lobster, and much more!
All locations except Cornelius will transition away from the shared tip system the week after next. We will also be introducing burgundy napkins, great w**es, and an expanded selection of libations!
