Taspen's Cafe & Bakery is a place where gluten-free folk, vegans, vegetarians & meat eaters all gather! Locally sourced, organic & NON-GMO food continue to be our highest priority! Delicious meals made by our amazing staff, with love from scratch each day, truly set our Cafe & Bakery aside. We are so grateful to have an amazing farmer growing organic herbs and veggies in our 42 ft. Grow Dome year round locally. We proudly source meat from Colorado’s own Pettee Ranch, LLC in Fairplay, Colorado.

Hey Community! Ever dream of owning a restaurant that's turn key?

We wanted to reach out to our local community and throw this idea out there to see if anyone is interested. So here it is....We would LOVE someone to take over the cafe who cares about organic, high quality food. This cafe can be successful if you as an owner or owners do lots of the work and keep your staff as minimal as possible. Unfortunately we didn't do that😕( will discuss more in detail if we meet)

Basically, the cafe is turn key and ready for someone to take it over. If you have any interest, DM us and we can set up a time to meet. It would make us soooo incredibly happy to have someone take this over and keep good quality food in Conifer! Of course we know it's gonna be different with new owners but we have a feeling there are lots of people in this community who have some good ideas and visions for this place.

This is a difficult post to share with our community. It is with deep sadness that we have to close Taspen's Cafe & Bakery today. 😭 It is incredibly difficult to let go of a special place with amazing people making delicious, non-toxic food with the best ingredients. We are heartbroken and and our heads are spinning. 💔 We are so grateful for each person who has supported the Cafe & Bakery and will miss gathering together in this space. We hope to continue to see you at our stores, yoga and healing center.
