Thank you "Smokies" for all your wonderful support for our little foodtruck! Our dream for Smokin' Joe's Burritos is happening each week because of ALL OF YOU!!!
We hit 300 followers here on Facebook!!! And amazingly enough, our 300th person is "Smokey Joe's BBQ" in Oklahoma! Wow!! What a crazy awesome ride!

We hope to see all of you tomorrow through Friday at our food truck 7:00 to 11:00 ish at 26412 Main Street in Conifer parked by the Ripple Pizza & Ice Cream restaurant!

🌈 Well, we opened our Smokin' Joe's Burritos Foodtruck on May 13, 2026 and we FINALLY took a pause to celebrate!!! We went to Mother Other, owned & operated by none other than the 2023 winners of The Great Foodtruck Race on Food Network, Chef Alexi Mandolini & Taylor Herbert!! It was a memorable evening to say the least!

The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, comfortable without being pretentious. Customer service impeccable. The entire vibe so gracious and welcoming. And the food...absolutely elevated. Beyond our expectations by far. We are literally planning our next trip back!

Our absolute highlight? Chef Alexi actually sat with us and chatted and shared her sage wisdom! We couldnt even believe it! What an absolute honor it was. Thank you Mother Other Team, The Easy Vegan Foodtruck, Chef Alexi & Taylor for shining so bright in this world! 💜
