We are sorry to say but we will not be at the Concordia Broadway Plaza tonight as advertised. We’re sorry if you were looking forward to our food. We will be at The Bigger Dig 1151 Hawk rd. (9 miles south of Concordia on 81 then 2 ½ miles west on Hawk rd.) on Saturday Aug 29 for lunch service. We hope everyone still enjoys the band and keeps cool tonight.

If you don't have any plans tonight and want good food and good music, come to the Concordia Broadway Plaza tonight for the King George, George Strait Tribute Band and great Filipino food. Band starts at 8PM and food will be ready by 6PM. below is our menu for tonight and pictures of the food.


Single Meat serving - $5
Filipino BBQ Pork: pork marinated in soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
Chicken Adobo: chicken marinate in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, onion, brown sugar, pepper and bay leaf.
Noodles - $4.50
Pork Pancit: pork sauteed with garlic, onion, soy sauce, and oyster flavored sauce, added to steamed carrots, green beans, cabbage and rice noodles.
Rice - $4
Garlic Fried Rice
Egg Rolls - $1 Each
Lumpia: ground pork, garlic, onion, carrots, salt and pepper
Combo - $14
2 meats of choice, 2 Egg Rolls, and Pancit or Rice.
Nachos – $12
Filipino BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos: pork marinated in soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, ketchup, salt and pepper over a bed of tortilla chips and topped off with nacho cheese and Filipino BBQ sauce.

We can't wait to see everyone tomorrow at the Concordia Broadway Plaza for Touch-A-Truck. We will be ready to sell food by 10am and will stay until 1pm. We will be doing something new this year, we will no longer be skewering our meat. Same great marinate, same amazing taste just cut to a bite size and without a skewer stick. We are also adding Chicken Adobo Rice to the menu.

Chicken Adobo Rice: is the same great Garlic Fried Rice enhanced with the chicken adobo marinate and pieces of that amazing chicken.

Our menu for Saturday June 6th at the Concordia Broadway Plaza 10am - 1pm
