Farm Day! 🌿🐐

Adelita will be closed Tuesday, August 18 as our team heads to Bath, New Hampshire for the annual Woods Hill Employee Farm Day.

It’s a tradition that brings employees from across Woods Hill together at The Farm at Woods Hill for a day away from the restaurants. We’ll visit with the animals, swim in the pond, spend time around the campfire and simply enjoy being together in the place where so much of the Woods Hill story begins.

Owner Kristin Canty has always felt it’s important for our employees to experience the farm firsthand—to understand where our food comes from and build a real connection with the land and the people behind it.

Thank you for your patience while we spend the day together. Adelita reopens Wednesday, August 19. We’ll see you then!

AGUACHILE DE CAMARÓN
The spicier cousin of ceviche, featuring poached shrimp, cucumber, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, and lime.
