The Philleigh Truck Cheesesteaks, Fries & Loaded Fries

09/21/2026

They say life is short—eat the cheesesteak first! My personal philosophy: cheesesteaks > adulting. I’ve never once regretted a cheesesteak and I’m pretty sure I can’t say the same about my life choices. Who's with me? 😂🍔

Sorry to inform y'all that we are not going to be at Mankas Corner tonight. Somehow things were doublebooked.

08/19/2026

We got catfished yesterday for a huge event in this area. After going back and forth for over an hour asking questions about the application and fees etc, I had a feeling something wasn't right, so I told the "event director" that I needed time before committing and paying the fees via zelle (way lower than it should of been btw) they proceeded to, yes you guessed it, ghost me. Because they knew that I wasn't buying their story.
Let this be a lesson to all of you fellow food trucks and individuals out there, do not believe everyone that approaches you about an event. Do your due diligence ! Ask questions and do your homework!
