Hello, $300 seems like a lot a year, but from somebody who has property on three different Lakes it really isnโ€™t. This association gives us fireworks, keeps the lake clean, the w**d eater is absolutely needed - we all need to think about what itโ€™s gonna look like without a working w**deater-๏ฟผ, ๏ฟผdoes cleanups, and puts on activities which is unheard of for the size of the lake. ๏ฟผwe appreciate the association- without them things would go downhill in a hurry-we obviously always donate where we can, and hope people consider the $25 a month in the bigger picture of what itโ€™s for-which is the lake we all love.
