This is your reminder that other people's opinions are not your responsibility.

This is the heart of the Let Them Theory.

You can't control the version of you that lives inside someone else's mind.

Someone will think you're too much.
Someone will think you're not enough.
Someone will misunderstand your intentions no matter how clearly you explain them.

Let Them.

The moment you stop taking responsibility for what other people think, you get your energy back.

Let Them have their opinions.
Let Me focus on living my life.

Let Them create whatever story they want about who I am.
Let Me stay focused on being who I actually am.

Give yourself the freedom to focus on the only thing you can control:

The way you show up in your own life.

That's the power of Let Them and Let Me. 💚
