Now featuring local produce from GreenGro Guey Market of Comfort Texas. We are getting spring mix and other fresh produce and featuring it in Chef Millard's dishes. This past week he garnished the redfish with micro greens sourced form GreenGro. Thank you Ben Rosenbach for reaching out to us with your fresh produce. We are excited to offer this to our customers.

The 2018 Comfort Art Festival is next Saturday, September 15th. Come out and visit with artists, see some artists at work and join us at the Bistro for lunch. Chef Millard will be displaying his work on the Patio and Sandy Hartman will be out front with her wonderful mystical creations.

Hope everyone is having a great summer so far. Business has been brisk, so don't forget to make your reservations early. Especially for Fridays and Saturdays. We hope to see you soon. And it's not too late to treat dad to brunch for Father's Day, June 17th.

The Bistro staff are taking a short break next week. We will be closed starting Monday, January 29th through Wednesday, February 7th. We look forward to serving everyone when we re-open with regular hours starting Thursday, February 8th. We value your business and thank you for a great 2017!

Christmas in Comfort is tomorrow. We will be open from 11ish until the parade starts at 7:00 p.m. Come out to Comfort to stroll around the town and visit the many arts and crafts vendors. And of course stop in at the Bistro for a delicious bite.

The town's all decked out just in time for Girls Night Out. The Bistro will be open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. so when you are ready for a short break from shopping, stop by for a nice glass of wine and some tasty morsels.
