I'm about to put in a new shirt order and am hoping to print a new design or two. If anyone has ideas (either a picture or saying or both), please message me with them. It doesn't need to be a full blown professional design. If I use them, I'll give you a hoodie or t-shirt in that design. Also, if anyone has a specific request, I can include it in the order and hold it for you. Just send me a note on messenger.

Note: if 2 people come up with the same thing, the message i receive first will get the shirt.

Hi everyone! For those who have been wondering, unfortunately we will not be having fireworks at Beaver Lodge this 4th of July weekend. There are several other really good options for fireworks in the area this year, including a huge family event that will conclude with fireworks in Colville. You can look in the comments of our last post for more details. We wish you all a safe and happy Fourth of July weekend and hope to see you all at the lodge soon! :-)

We have had a lot of questions about whether or not there will be a fireworks show on July 3rd this year. Unfortunately, the answer at this point is that we really don’t know. There definitely will not be a big show like in the past, and there may be none at all. The winter was rough financially with the lack of snow and ice, so we started the year behind the eight ball.

We have been giving $10,000 a year towards the fireworks on the 3rd to our neighbor, Jared, who is licensed to do these shows. Not only does he do an amazing job, but he also puts some of his own money toward fireworks for that night, as well as the fireworks he lights off on the 4th and for other events. Even with a go fund me someone started for Jared last year, I’m sure his out of pocket for fireworks was significant. To say that these shows have been expensive over the years, is an understatement.

With rising costs of everything, which no doubt applies to fireworks with the crazy tariff situation, and multiple other factors, everything is up in the air right now.

This fire season is also expected to be really bad and I know there are some big fires already raging, so that is also in the back of our minds. As a reminder, FIREWORKS are absolutely NOT ALLOWED on our property.

I wanted to get a message out, especially to our guests camping with us this year, in case not having a fireworks show would affect whether or not you wanted to cancel your reservation. Please send me a facebook message or call in the next week or so, and I can issue a refund and maybe give someone on the waiting list an opportunity to camp with their family for the holiday.

We really appreciate all of our guests and our community. You are amazing! We consider many of you to be friends and look forward to seeing you each year, and many of you throughout the year. :-)

By the way, I have heard a rumor that Colville might be doing a show this year, but I don’t know any details on that or if it’s even true. If anyone has information, feel free to share it in the comments.
