Thursday, July 16, is Rosita's (our truck) 8th birthday.

She said she'd rather become a baked potato than work another July afternoon... and for once, we agreed. It's too hot outside to request your sweaty selves to stand in this Georgia summer heat to celebrate. Instead, we're going to feature $8 specials at the taco shop at 3001 Williams Rd.

The truck is at our taco shop location today with an event hosted by . It's Christmas in July so we have a special menu. These are the Holiday Minichangas. We had some help with the cornbread dressing courtesy of . Chicken, cranberry sauce and cornbread dressing, fried and served with a side of chicken gravy. We're here from 12-4 today, July 11.

Freaky Fries, Bad Habits and Sip and Swirl will also be here.

One of our wishes when we started our truck almost 8 years ago was to create a lively food truck scene in Columbus similar to other entertainment districts across the country. From SoCal to Austin to Nashville to Manhattan, we've always made it a mission to support other food trucks. When we mention that we own a truck, the owners of those trucks are quick to celebrate with us. We pick each others brains and operations and concerns. The bars and businesses around, support and welcome their presence. While Columbus is not there yet in a booming food truck park, the food truck family has grown exponentially and we are here for it. July 16 marks 8 years of Tuesdays Taco Truck and we're extremely grateful for your support. We're planning specials for July 16 to celebrate our launch date. Follow our socials for updates and continue to support all your favorite local food truckers. We are just small families, owning and operating kitchens on wheels.

We're bringing the Southwest Tacos back to the ballpark this week with just a little change to the roster. We're subbing Chipotle Ranch in for some pizzazz.

Available in tacos, a salad, or the nacho boat.

We will still have our Steak Burritos and Fruit and Chamoy and bringing our Chips and Guacamole back to the park for our vegan and vegetarian fans.

Our Street corn pasta salad is the perfect side dish for any outdoor gathering. We're closed on July 4th so you'll have to get it tomorrow but.... give us a call and we can get you a pan to take to your event.

Grab our dessert tacos from the taco cart at Synovus Park this Friday night for the America 250 parade. Gates open at 6p and the drone show at 9p.
