CAT Coffee Roasters Jeff, Java Jeff to some, had a vision. CAT Coffee. A vision born out of passion and change. Before meeting my wife, coffee was not a major part of my life.

We hung out at a cofffee house named The Blue Lion. Meeting Dave,the master roaster of blue lion, began a journey that has brought me to where I am today. I had a dream and "it" was formed. After fourteen years of personal refinement, I feel it is now time to share this product. Born of a fruit picked, stripped of its shell, seed dried then put through the fire for a time...let to breathe......crushed, ground, whatever. Just add water! Now we emerge prepared!
