These might be the happiest mini pancakes on the menu. 🎉

Warm birthday cake-inspired mini pancakes with rainbow sprinkles cooked right into the batter, topped with strawberry sauce drizzle, whipped cream, and even more sprinkles on top.

Yesterday, It’s Flippin Sweet teamed up with Street Food Saturdays for the Street Eats Fest at FitLife, and what a beautiful day it was! 🔥🥞🍋

The smells were flowing all day with an amazing variety of food from BBQ, Jamaican, Korean, and wings to all the sweet treats… including your favorite, It’s Flippin Sweet! 🙌

We want to thank everyone who came out, supported, and helped make this event such a great success. We truly appreciate every single one of you!
