For the same reasons, we recommend free parking in the Jackson Street garage today for best access. Do you know Picanha (say pee-KAHN-yah) steak? This cut comes from the top sirloin cap, and is synonymous with all-you-can-eat Brazilian steak houses that use the Churrasco style of slow roasting whole pieces of meat over an open flame for peak tenderness and flavor. For a limited time we will be offering this wonderful cut at just $13.50 a pound, while supplies last.
