Harvest -> Creation -> Pour

Every year our brewers go out to pick some fresh hops that we use to make our Harvest IPA! The beauty of this brew is that it changes according to what hops have grown for the year! Shoutout to Schoolhouse Hops for supplying the hops!

This year’s Harvest IPA features a blend of American hop varieties from two local hop farms. Brewed with fresh, whole-cone Cascade and Chinook hops and dry-hopped with Nugget and Cascade, it presents a bright hazy yellow pour with grapefruit and citrus peel upfront, backed by apricot and light notes of tropical fruits like guava and papaya.

CELEBRATE OKTOBERFEST WITH US!

From the 18th-20th we’ll have brand new Oktoberfest themed food specials and steins available so we’re having a kick-off party to celebrate!

Here’s what you can expect:
1. Taste-test a brand new Amber Ale! 🍺
2. Stein-holding contest at 7:30pm! 🇩🇪
3. Oktoberfest food specials available for purchase! 🌭
4. Steins available for purchase! 🍻

🌸 RASPBERRY BLOOM IS BACK 🌺

This bright and refreshing wheat ale is brewed with plenty of raspberry purée and just a touch of elderflower, adding a soft floral aroma. Pouring a stunning ruby-purple haze, it’s a beautiful b**r that pairs perfectly with the final days of summer.
