UPDATE. We are now back open.

We had a little set back this morning. We have to work on the ovens a little more. I’m not sure what the time frame looks like. I’m crossing my fingers we will be back serving tonight. Thank you all for your understanding and patience

New ovens are in. We will spend tomorrow getting them plumbed up, cooking them off and reseasoning them for Tuesday morning reopening. Thanks to some great friends for helping getting em stacked and installed. Y’all are the best.

Update. We will be closing today at 2:30 and will reopen Tuesday for normal hours.
We tried last night and it didn’t go well with just 1 pizza oven. We refuse to serve our customers food that doesn’t reach our satisfaction in an amount of time that’s not acceptable.

Well this is a sad but happy post. Our 57 year old pizza ovens are starting to finally show their age. I can only imagine that there have been millions of pizzas shuffled through those ovens between Chuck and us. With that being said we are down to the lower deck only operating. We will be using it Friday and Saturday but our wait times might increase. We will be closed Monday so we can install our newer and bigger ovens and get all of the gas lines hooked up. Please excuse our growing pains.
