Our jams, jellies, and fresh garden salsas have been restocked at Against the Grain!

We have all your favorites, including sugar-free and reduced-sugar options, spicy favorites like Mango Habanero Jam, and unique flavors such as Blueberry Lemon Jelly and Carrot Cake Jam. With over 17 delicious flavors in the store to choose from, there's truly something for everyone!

I've also stocked a limited batch of Wild Mustang Grape Jelly that was just made. There's nothing quite like the rich flavor of wild grapes harvested at their peak and transformed into a delicious homemade jelly.

Be sure to stop by Against the Grain and pick up a jar (or two!) while supplies last. You can also find us at the El Campo Farmers Market on Saturday, June 20, and the Columbus Country Market on Saturday, June 27.

We wanted to give everyone an update on our bread! We figured out what caused yesterday’s loaves to not turn out as expected. While we’re still not completely happy with the appearance of today’s bake, we do have fresh loaves available for just $5 each!

Although they may not be the prettiest loaves, the bread is still delicious on the inside and perfect for avocado toast, sandwiches, or enjoying with your favorite meal.

We’re hopeful that we’ve gotten our starter back on track and that our bread will be back to its normal beautiful self very soon! 🤞🏻
