Our beers competed in the craft beer competition held at Altstadt Brewing as part of the Fredericksburg Craft Beer Festival in June of this year, and we’re excited to share the results!

🥇 La Jefa Mexican Lager earned Gold in its category and was named Best of Show, the highest honor awarded to the top-scoring beer in the entire competition. Even better, this marks the third year in a row that La Jefa has taken home Gold in its category!

🥈 Texas Blue Step, our Texas Blue Corn Pilsner, earned Silver in its category!

👏 We’re incredibly proud of Travis & James and the dedication that goes into every batch brewed here at Hound Song.

Style: West Coast IPA
ABV: 7%

🇺🇸 All American IPA is back! This West Coast IPA (WCIPA for the cool kids) has become a fan favorite! It is clean, crisp, and assertively hoppy, but in the best way possible. The tropical and citrus hop aroma intrigue your olfactory receptors (also what the cool kids say), while the flavor is balanced to the core. It’s the perfect IPA for the summer and scores a perfect 10/10 in drinkability according to those who know best.
