We are proud to recognize Leon Bonner as our Employee of the Month for June here at Country’s On Broad!
This month, we’re celebrating more than just an employee, we’re celebrating dedication, determination, and someone who truly embodies what hard work looks like. Leon recently reached his one-year anniversary with us as a dishwasher, and throughout that year, he has consistently shown what it means to be dependable and committed.
One thing you can always count on with Leon is that he’s going to show up and not just on time. Whether he’s walking or catching the bus, Leon regularly arrives an hour early, proving that reliability isn’t just something he talks about, it’s something he lives.
While his title may be dishwasher, Leon does so much more than that. Throughout every shift, he helps keep our restaurant running by cleaning restrooms, maintaining the parking lot, bussing tables, cleaning the walk-in cooler, putting away truck deliveries, and even helping load the smoker. No task is too big or too small, and he consistently steps up wherever help is needed.
Outside of work, Leon enjoys watching college football, listening to blues music, and spending time with friends and family. And if you know Leon, you know he proudly supports his favorite team, the Georgia Bulldogs!
Leon, thank you for your hard work, positive attitude, and unwavering commitment to our team. Your effort does not go unnoticed, and we are grateful to have you as part of the Country’s BBQ family.
