We’ve started doing Bierstacheln, a Bavarian tradition where a hot metal rod is plunged into the b**r, caramelizing the residual sugars and adding a warm, sweet, toasted flavor while keeping the b**r cold.

Seven years today 🥃

What started as an idea turned into a place full of stories, friendships, first dates, celebrations, and unforgettable nights. We wouldn’t be here without every single person who’s walked through our doors, pulled up a seat, and made this space what it is.

To our incredible staff (past and present), our regulars, our neighbors, and everyone who’s supported us along the way — thank you for believing in us, showing up, and making this bar feel like home.
