This is a family business. We make homemade hummus with fresh organic ingredients. We currently make hummus for 2 stores in Columbus, Ohio. You can see our products at Hoffman Market at Upper Arlington, and Clinton Community Market. We have been making Hummus for 14 years. We can make hummus for your store or arrange to make it for you personally. We also make other Mediterranean foods if you inte

rested. For example we can make mujadara, tabouli, Yabra'a, and baba ganoush for catering or for special events.

I just wished to let you know that your hummus is one of the best around. We have tried everyone's hummus in Clintonville and by far yours is the best. We always buy yours at the Clintonville Community Market. I do have a question though. Do you use sesame oil in place of olive oil or do you also use olive oil? Please keep up the great work and once again my compliments to the Chef!.

This is mujadara which is t is simply a mixture of rice and perfectly cooked lentils, spiked with a big dose of caramelized onions. It makes a hearty vegetarian one dish meal served with just some Greek yogurt and maybe a cucumber salad
