Empire Express best chinese food in town Our restaurant cooks every thing on the spot, right after the customer orders. We also cook all our dishes with fresh ingredients.

The customer has the chance to see that we uses fresh ingredient because we keep all the meat and vegetables in a refrigerated counter. Even though each dish has its own recipe, we can make each dish according to the customer’s request, upon request we will also make a dish that’s not on our menu. It’s a different experience for customers who are used to buffet, where everything is pre-made and th

e customers don’t have the chance to have the food according to their taste. It’s also a different experience for a lot of customers who are used to having their food cooked back in the kitchen where they can’t see how their food is prepared.
