Saffron-golden paella sizzling on the patio, a glass of Spanish wine in hand, and a summer evening that felt like a little trip to Spain.

Chef Morten worked an enormous pan right out front — chorizo, chicken & shrimp paella that stole the show. Plus chilled gazpacho, grilled eggplant & olive salad, steamed mussels in saffron broth, cinnamon-spiced pulled pork, and flan + churros to finish.

This is what life in Old Town is all about.
