The name Jackrabbitt pays homage to my father—Papa was a rolling stone, and wherever he lit his grill, that was home. Inspired by his spirit and skill, I’ve taken up the tongs and firewood to keep the tradition alive. We wood-smoke our meats low and slow for hours before they ever touch the grill.
