Dear Valued Customers and Community,
On Saturday, September 27, 2025, a group of five customers was dining at our restaurant. During their visit, the driver of their newer Ford F-150 left the front area, drove to the rear behind our building, and attempted to perform a donut. The attempt failed immediately, causing the vehicle to strike and severely damage our exterior air conditioning unit and walk-in cooler refrigeration system.
At the time of the incident, some members of the group were still inside the restaurant. After causing the damage, the driver returned to the front to pick up the remaining friends before the group left together.
We have clear evidence that fully identifies the driver and the group, including:
• Surveillance footage from our own cameras and the adjacent Staybridge hotel
• Credit card transaction records from their payment that evening
• The police report filed immediately after the incident
For the past three months, we have waited patiently for the responsible party to take ownership of the substantial repair costs. No one has come forward.
To be clear: only the driver is responsible for the reckless actions that caused the damage.
The driver knows exactly who they are. This matter will not simply go away. We are committed to resolving it fully. If necessary, we will hire a private investigator, involve law enforcement further, or take any additional steps required to achieve justice and restitution.
For now, with this post we are sharing only photos of the damage caused. If we receive no response in a reasonable timeframe, we will have no choice but to publicly share clear images of the driver as well.
We strongly urge the driver to contact us immediately and do the right thing.
