Where the importance of nutrition meets muscle sinew!
When RBC first started feeding the OSU Men's Football Team, their nutritionist recommended some adjustments to the recipe. Asking to remove kidney beans (black beans have more protein and fiber), take out anything you can't pronounce, no dairy and pump up the protein. The immediate understanding of how our bodies process foods especially during prolonged physical endurance led RBC to only use locally sourced ingredients and prepare for the best conveyance of the good stuff our bodies need in our work/play/lifestyle environments.
So whether your on the grid for 60 minutes, or grabbing the tonnage bar at the Arnold, Think Red Barn Chili!
