Sweet Potato Chaat + Lamb Shank Nihari

Fresh and bright meets rich, slow cooked, and savory. Our Sweet Potato Chaat features kale tempura, rose yogurt mousse, tamarind, mint chutney, broken raspberry. Our Lamb Shank Nihari is fall-off-the-bone tender with a mouthwatering savory sauce topped with cilantro garlic chimichurri, and rose.
