Eight hundred years of w**emaking, one night at ['plas].

Tuesday, September 29th, we're welcoming Enzo Barbi of Decugnano dei Barbi. The Orievto estate was revived by his father, Claudio, from abandoned land in 1973, built over Etruscan-carved Cellars and vines rooted in ancient marine-fossil soil.

Please join us for 4 courses poured by the w**emaker, himself.

Before he was a w**emaker, Jamey Whetstone was a kid washing dishes in his grandmother's restaurant in South Carolina. That same hospitality found its way into Napa Valley, where he founded Whetstone W**e Cellars in 2002 after cutting his teeth at Turley W**e Cellars and a sabbatical in Burgundy.
Join us on July 29th for a four-course w**e dinner featuring dishes from our Summer menu, each one paired with a Whetstone w**e poured by Jamey himself.
