🏈Supporting Our Mendoza Family & Our Community! 🍋

The Mendoza Company was happy to donate lemonade product to Cap City Football, where the son of our very own Cassie, Supervisor at Cassady, plays! ❤️💛

We love being able to support the organizations and activities that are important to our Mendoza Company family. It’s always special when we get the opportunity to give back to the communities our employees and their families are a part of!

We hope everyone at Cap City Football enjoys the lemonade, and we’re wishing the team an amazing season! 🏈🏆

💛🍟 A Little Something for Our Amazing GMs! 🍟💛

We wanted to take a moment to show a little extra appreciation to our incredible GMs for all of their hard work and dedication! ❤️

We know this job comes with its fair share of stress, long days, sacrifices, and responsibilities, and sometimes even the smallest gesture can make a difference. So, if putting together a basket filled with a few goodies can brighten their day and remind them how appreciated they are, then we are more than happy to do it! 🎁✨

To all of our GMs, THANK YOU for everything you do for your teams and for the Mendoza Company. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we hope these little gifts made your day just a little brighter. 🥰

We’re excited to continue growing, supporting one another, spreading positivity, and becoming even stronger together as a company! ❤️💛

Here’s to our GMs and everything still to come! 🍟✨

🍟❤️ ALL MANAGER MEETING ❤️🍟

This Tuesday, our Mendoza Company managers came together for our ALL Manager Meeting! It was a great opportunity to connect, learn, grow, and remind ourselves of what makes a difference every single day — our PEOPLE and our HOSPITALITY! 🙌

We’re bringing hospitality BACK to McDonald’s! 🍔✨ And here at Mendoza Company, that means making sure every guest who walks through our doors or comes through our drive-thru feels welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of.

It starts with our leaders, and we’re excited to take what we learned back to our restaurants and continue building stronger teams and creating better experiences for our guests. ❤️💛

Thank you to all of our managers for showing up, participating, and continuing to lead your teams every day!

Here’s to growing together and bringing that McDonald’s hospitality to life across Mendoza Company! 🍟👏
